- CMCarol McKayJul 4, 20221.0If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I tried to return a pair of cheaply made sandals, but they wouldn’t take them back because they were only worn for a couple hours. The sales associate and even the manager argued with me when I told them that the sandals were defective. I showed them the soles of the sandals. The soles of the sandals are like Velcro. They pick up hair and fuzz everywhere. I can’t wear them like that. I was treated rudely and both ladies were disrespectful. So now I’m stuck with a pair of sandals I can’t wear. I have been a Glik’s customer at this location and other locations for years. I will never shop the Grand Haven location again. The Rockford Glik's is much nicer and the staff are very nice.
