Very disappointed in the service last night, particularly a young man. He was very annoyed to help us…. Fitting room, Different shoe sizes. After checking out, spending close to $300, we noticed the sign to join the rewards club with a text and receive 15% off. We nicely asked if we could someone still do this, maybe return and ring back up, and he snapped at us, saying “no, I have already rung you up”. We left, but he was very rude and disappointed we could not get this reward. Customer Service can go a long way and he needs some help there!
