  I’ve been to PureBid Flint quite a few times now. Overall, I do like the concept and I’ve gotten a lot of products there for really good prices. If you enjoy auctions and treasure hunting, you can definitely find some solid deals. That said, there are a few things I think could improve. A lot of the electronics I’ve purchased ended up not working (a foot massager and an air compressor, for example). I understand liquidation items can be hit or miss, but it would be nice if electronics were tested or at least labeled more clearly when they might not work. A few clothing items were a completely different item than the one on the pictures also. I also wish item descriptions were a little more transparent. Sometimes things are listed as “New in Box,” but the box is extremely damaged. I bought a LEGO set that was listed as new, but the box looked like it had been through a bar fight. The product might technically be new, but heavy box damage definitely affects value for collectors. Maybe take a picture of the box and not just the generic listing photos. Another thing that could improve is the checkout process. It often seems like ringing people up takes quite a while, sometimes 15–20 minutes with confusion and phone calls. It might help if staff had a little more training on the register system. The workers themselves are usually really cool and friendly, and I know the place is still pretty new so I’m sure they’re working through some kinks. With a few improvements to descriptions, testing electronics, and checkout efficiency, this place could easily become one of the best auction spots around.
