I visited Phantom Fireworks in Flint on July 3rd, fully expecting chaos given the holiday rush — but I was genuinely impressed by how organized and smooth the entire experience was.
Despite the large crowds, the staff ran a thorough and efficient operation. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and quickly pointed in the right direction. Employees were available throughout the store to help locate specific products and answer questions, which made navigating the busy aisles a lot easier.
What really stood out was the checkout process — I expected a long wait, but the line moved shockingly fast thanks to their well-staffed and well-coordinated team. You could tell they were prepared and experienced with high-volume days like this.
Great selection, great prices, and top-notch customer service even under pressure. I’ll definitely be coming back next year — Phantom Fireworks of Flint really knows how to handle the holiday crowd without sacrificing the customer experience!

As a customer, the wait times on July 3rd and 4th were very short compared to years prior. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly too.

El the manager or whatever he thinks he is, needs a refresh on how to treat customers. I will indeed be calling corporate and letting them know how disappointed I was with him and how I was treated! BOOM 💥

Pretty much everything about this place is terrible. I was waived into the lot by an employee who directed me to park in a handicap spot. 5 minutes later, he comes into the store and tells me I have to move. I get in my car to move and now there are no spots available. He tells me to leave the parking lot and park in the adjacent parking lot. I ended up going to red Apple and spending 200 bucks. Way better selection, better parking, And you don’t have to sign any waivers. And they had free frozen drinks. Won’t return to phantom until they address these issues.
