Employees were available throughout the store to help locate specific products and answer questions, which made navigating the busy aisles a lot easier. What really stood out was the checkout process — I expected a long wait, but the line moved shockingly fast thanks to their well-staffed and well-coordinated team. You could tell they were prepared and experienced with high-volume days like this. Great selection, great prices, and top-notch customer service even under pressure. I’ll definitely be coming back next year — Phantom Fireworks of Flint really knows how to handle the holiday crowd without sacrificing the customer experience!

Never meant someone so rude in my life, all the other employees were happy and nice and very helpful but for some reason she wasn't too happy about being there until 1am and actually made us check out before we had all of our items because she was too impatient to wait while her coworker grabbed some extras from the back for us! Super sad that one employee had to ruin our whole experience we don't live here so thanks for ruining our firework enjoyment with your piss poor attitude! 👎
