  We had a hard time finding chairs for our wedding in Clio and Fords was the only place we could find that had enough for our date so we had to go with them. Whoever took our order apparently “didn’t know their delivery schedule” and someone called us after we paid $700 for 150 chairs telling us they are unable to deliver OR pick up the day we needed them, even after paying the delivery fee. They asked us a week before our wedding to see if they were able to deliver early and pick up late. They were told to coordinate with the venue since we are unable to approve that. They talked to the venue and cleared it with them and then called multiple times the week of the wedding to verify the delivery and pickup after being told to discuss that with the venue. They were delivered Thursday and we opened them up Friday to look at them. The chairs are in awful condition and had bugs crawling all over them- they were stored in an enclosed finished barn at the venue so the bugs did not come from the venue. The chairs are all scuffed up and scratched. For $700 for 150 chairs, I was not expecting chairs in this condition. When calling to express my anger about the condition of the chairs, I was told “he wiped them down himself so he knows they’re fine.” The chairs were clean for the most part- however, they are in no condition to be used for weddings.

  100% reliable!!! I had a different rental company cancel on me the morning of my event. Ford’s Party rental saved my day. They were able to make accommodations quickly, multiple people involved, and I could not be more grateful! Everyone start to finish was amazing. I will never make the mistake again to choose anyone else but Ford’s. This is the 3rd large event they have done for us, and each time, they have been incredible. They will always be my first choice.

  Great value for our Graduation Open House. The set up crew and tear down crew were both very respectful and timely. We will definitely use them in the future. Would highly recommend for any event.
