I bought a pair of Cole Haan Shoes Along with their additional “ Protection “ in September. After About three months of wearing them, mind you not every day but on occasion as they are not dressy shoes and they are not tennis shoes, holes are Developing in the top of the shoes. Very premature wear. It is a rarity that any shoe top wears out before the sole does at least in my experience. Neither the store would do anything “can’t take them back their worn” - I know their worn!!! They are garbage quality! Don’t expect any sort of service, warranty or compassion from this group.

They were having some information systems issues and had some difficulty processing a return I needed to make, but they figured it out and made it happen. Super helpful. They also have a great selection there, and I was able to find some cute slippers for myself!
