  It is so nice to have a physical store to come and shop in especially as first time parents. The staff here is a wealth of information when it comes to all things baby. They spent time with us, going through all different brands of strollers and car seats. Our favorite part was being able to bring the car seat back and having them teach us how to properly install into our car. Highly recommend this store!

  I cannot say thank you enough to the team at Modern Natural Baby! I was in again over the weekend and, once again, received outstanding customer service. We originally purchased our stroller and infant car seat here, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. What really sets them apart, though, is how they go above and beyond for their customers. I had previously purchased a convertible car seat elsewhere, and they were so kind to show me exactly how to install it correctly and adjust the straps for a perfect fit. I just went back to purchase a second convertible car seat for our other vehicle, and the service provided by Aimee and Derrick was nothing short of exceptional. It’s rare to find a local shop that offers this level of expertise and genuine care. If you are looking for baby gear, this is the place to go!

  Hands down the best store to try out all the stroller brands!! Derek was such a great help and gave us a complete run down on what they had to offer. We ended up choosing the Uppababy Vista V3 stroller and Nuna Pipa RX Car Seat! I’m so glad we stopped in. Make sure you check them out; you won’t be disappointed!!

  Absolutely the best baby/kids store in town! As first-time expecting parents, making a decision on a car seat/stroller can be extremely overwhelming. The staff here are so helpful and take time to walk you through all the options and let you push the strollers around the store to get a real feel for them. We felt confident in our decision after stopping in twice and purchased the Nuna Triv LX/Pipa Urbn Car Seat with them. A few weeks later we were back to buy a recliner. John went out of his way on his day off to meet us at the warehouse so we could pick it up. When the box didn't fit in our car, he offered to drive it over to our house and helped bring the heavy box inside. We are SO happy with the recliner! It is so comfortable and looks great in the nursery. We cannot recommend this store and these owners enough!
