- MIMAC I5 days ago1.0I had a really disappointing experience with this dispensary. I called with a simple question about a strain I’ve tried to purchase multiple times, and I was genuinely confused because I’ve been given different answers each time about availability. While I was calmly trying to clarify, the staff member became short with me and ended the call abruptly while I was still speaking. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering I was just trying to understand my order. This is not the first time that I’ve been treated as an inconvenience and I was nothing but kind even tipped my first time, but i have been treated very poorly since. Good customer service matters (at least to me personally I don’t know about them) and this interaction left a very bad impression. One that made me want to leave this review because of poorly I was treated. Unbelievable. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning ever again. People choose cruelty over kindness these days and it’s honestly super disappointing. Especially when you’re expecting the service at a dispensary in which you use for medical purposes, to be at least somewhat peaceful. Please don’t work in customer service if you can’t handle customer service…it’s a disservice for everyone involved. Thank you. Have a blessed day.
