I have shopped at bonobos in San Francisco and they were very helpful and extremely personable while shopping. When I went to the one at Detroit there was a sales representative who rolled there eyes at me and my partner and was extremely rude when I tried on clothes. I’m not sure if he had a bad day or didn’t like us but I wouldn’t recommend going here. I would still shop at bonobos but never at this location. Hope the store manager sees this

Sales associate seemed bothered to help me, offered no advice or information, only unenthusiastically answering my questions, despite the fact that I was the only person in the store. Her focus seemed to be getting my personal info entered into the tablet vs describing the products and helping me find what I needed. Store is beautiful and products look great, but I was happy to leave.
