- JMJustin MagoonFeb 21, 20265.0I had never stopped into a Bonobos store until January when I purposely did so because I needed some new pants for work and I had heard good things about their chinos and dress pants.I had to bring my 5 and 11 year old girls with me. KT greeted us and proceeded to set my girls up with coloring while helping me decide on a style of pants. She was knowledgeable and a great help. After my new pants arrived, I had an issue with one of the pairs. KT continued to provide exceptional service in helping me find a solution to the problem. I will be shopping with her and Bonobos again!

I have shopped at bonobos in San Francisco and they were very helpful and extremely personable while shopping. When I went to the one at Detroit there was a sales representative who rolled there eyes at me and my partner and was extremely rude when I tried on clothes. I’m not sure if he had a bad day or didn’t like us but I wouldn’t recommend going here. I would still shop at bonobos but never at this location. Hope the store manager sees this
