Do you need something?” which was really annoying. It didn’t let me think clearly or make my own choices on materials. They were always behind me, and the white cashier was rude. On top of that, I asked if a fountain pen I had been looking for for a long time, was black ink. Without even checking, they said yes. When I got home, I realized it was blue. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I spent $150 and left feeling like I had stolen something because of how uncomfortable they made me feel. They even had someone mopping the floor right in areas where I was. Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️ it happened to me in downtown Detroit
