Even after a mild setback with my order, management handled everything with professionalism, care, and genuine customer service. They were attentive, solution-oriented, and made sure I left satisfied. The establishment is clean, well-organized, and operates at a high standard. I truly appreciate the way they value their customers and would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable and professional experience.

  Avoid at all costs They sell you old weed that literally breaks down to dust. I literally ask them about this and they replied "everything is fresh" Lies, stay away from this place.

  Zach and Cody were amazing at showing me the stock available and Cody really took his time to pull different carts off the shelf to show me what was available! He had lots to choose from, less sativa than preferred but it could be local preference!

  There are so many good things I can say about this place but what I love most is how they treat you. Mo at the front desk warmly greeted me and answered all my questions very kindly. He even taught me something that was very helpful to know. This was my first time here and I was buying for a friend, so I wasn’t sure what to get. I really appreciate how patient he was with helping me figure out what I needed. Upon entering the dispensary, I was greeted by Cody who continued to provide exceptional customer service. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all questions that I had. In addition to opening early, 8:00am to be exact, this place is clean and well organized. They offer a lot of options, discounts, and specials. I can appreciate a great business. Keep up the good work. They’re definitely ASCENDING above their competition.

  This is hands down one of the best dispensaries in Detroit. The store is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and actually takes the time to help you find what you need instead of rushing you. The products are top quality and consistent every time I visit. You can tell they care about customer service and making sure people leave satisfied. Highly recommend this place.
