I went in to see about two pieces of silver I had questions about and Tricia made me feel very unwelcome the way she handled my jewelry as if I had a disease. I brought a 500$ sterling silver necklace that was just appraised for 500. Out of curiosity I wanted to see what palace jewelers would offer Tricia word for word said maybe 25$. First and last time for me.
