  I was on a mission for a specific product that I couldn’t find elsewhere. Erin knew exactly what I wanted and it was in stock. Quick and easy with great customer service. I’ll definitely be back.

  Kaitlin is the best I get her everytime and she’s one of the main reasons I continue to return. Gladly will explain anything and everything you could ask we need more people like Kaitlin in this industry

  My first visit to Mint was extremely disappointing. I purchased 18 containers after clearly asking for “Stay Asleep”. The employee confirmed they had it and completed the sale. After leaving, I checked my receipt and realized only 7 were correct- 11 were the wrong product (Fast Asleep), totaling about $190.00. I returned immediately, assuming this would be an easy fix. Instead, I was told nothing could be done because the product had left the store-even though it was clearly their mistake. After waiting and asking for a manager, I was offered only partial store credit ($50, later $70). I visited two other dispensaries afterward, both said they would have fully corrected the error if it had happened in their store. Mistakes happen - but refusing to fix them is a choice. Accountability matters. This experience made it clear that customer service is not a priority here!

  First time coming to a dispensary but a long time fan of weed. Had a short wait in the lobby but it didn't take long. My bud tender was very nice and helpful and I'm very happy with the product she recommended. My friend's bud tender was quite helpful also. She kept on talking about ponderosa and sold us on checking it out after we leave. I think she was trying to get us to get her some meatloaf and taters that they are world famous for. I suspect that she owns stock in ponderosa and she gets a kickback to all the people she recommends going. I don't know. But she was pretty gangsta. She didn't put up with any of my shenanigans. I feel we have a love/hate relationship. All the product i got was great. 11 out of 10 stars. Would recommend! Quick edit: I totally spaced and forgot to mention who this Foul Temptress was who was tending to the bud. I thought if I spoke her name or worse typed it out, I would invoke her spirit and she would teleport in front of me demanding we go to Ponderosa. I shall say her name once, not 3 or 5 times, to prevent her from manifesting in front of me. God Help Me. KARRII JO!!!!
