  Had an absolutely wonderful experience with manager, Tiffany, at Aerie! She helped me exchange apparel I purchased online that did not fit properly; allowed me to try on the proper fit; went above & beyond to find inventory in the back for my exact size & color. She made me so happy that I purchased a new workout set in my favorite color! Really had a great experience with Tiffany & Aerie overall. Their quality of bras and "offline gear" is sooo soft & comfy. I will continue to shop here thanks to her service!

  Went in and had a handful of things to try on. I was holding a completely empty cup and asked if I could throw it away. The girl rudely frowned at me and told me they could not throw away a cup. I immediately dropped everything and left the store.

  Was planning on purchasing here but called 3 times in 2 days and no one answered the phone ever. Too bad, went to Duluth Trading and spent $180.

  This is the only store I go to at this mall to shop for clothing. I love the variety of styles they carry and the employees are always very friendly, aside from one associate. She was on the shorter side and had red hair, not easy to miss. It was only noon when I came in, and it was sad to see her attitude already so negative so early in the day. I picked out an item in the sale room that said “50% off” and when it rang up full price I mentioned where I found it, in hopes the price would be adjusted. The negative associate came over and just seemed so unhappy to “help” me. She gave no “I’m sorry for the misunderstanding, that item is full price and shouldn’t have been on the 50% off rack,” instead she blew off what I said, rolled her eyes, and oh-so-happily obliged to go check again for me. She never came back and instead I saw her walk pass me. In the end I used my birthday coupon, which I wanted to save for my vacation. I shop here all the time and this specific employee’s attitude masked any positive interaction I had with anyone else here :(
