The woman who greeted me was friendly and helpful. The store and fitting rooms were clean and free of clutter. I ended up needing to order a size of a top not on the floor - communicate between the associate who helped me on the floor to the one behind the counter on ordering the item was done clearly and effectively. Ordering the item was easy, and it was free shipping right to my house. I purchased a dog mat (water/food bowl) and waterproof, super soft blanket, which my pup loved. Great experience! L.L. Bean is a great resource for hiking/outdoor gear that is high-quality.
