I placed an order at 1:13pm on a Saturday and called at 7pm to inquire about when the order would be ready since I was going to be in the area. I was told they only do pick up orders in the morning, so I wouldn’t get a notification about my order until the following day. So much for getting the items same day when ordering by 3pm.

I’ve worked in customer service and sales for over 15 years and she did everything perfect! It was nice to walk in to a store and leave with what I needed and to see that there are still employees that love their job. I will definitely be back to purchase more from my favorite store!
