So many businesses these days will put anyone in customer interface positions whether they have any real knowledge of the products being sold. Well, today I ended up spending a great deal of time talking with Josh and Chris in the fishing dept., who I could recognize very quickly were experienced fisherman who had intimate knowledge of the products I was interested in, but even more beneficial they both had extensive knowledge of multiple species and seasonal patterns of Lake St Clair. Again maybe its just my lack of familiarity with the caliber of employees this Bass Pro location is staffed with, but having these guys is definitely a competitive advantage over the many retailers fisherman have to choose from. It's well worth the drive over to pick up gear rather than price shopping on line and having delivered.

- KBK BFeb 10, 20261.0Bass pro shop is a excellent place to shop, but the boots I purchased was a flop. They are not waterproof, I repeat, THEY ARE NOT WATERPROOF. After a 9 hour shift, I was done and so was my socks. Soaked all they way through. Customer service was great. I will shop here again, nothing against the company just the defective "waterproof boots", I will not ! Save your money and try another brand. I wasn't brave enough to try again. Have a great day everyone 😀
