Finally one asked if i had an appointment. I said no and then he proceeded to tell me he couldn’t show me the optic because he had to make sure they had the guns put away by close. There was 4 employees of the gun department. What would’ve taken 5 minutes for me to look at and purchase turned into me not returning to this location anymore. I gladly took business elsewhere. Where they cared about actual helping a customer instead of making sure they got out in time.

I was followed around and practically harassed/ racially profiled by the guy working in the 5’11 section. Was so uncomfortable I just grabbed any brand of pants exchanged it and left.

We were completely ignored by the staff working the lines for over 15 minutes. The gentleman in front of us line went to ask how long the wait was for non appointments, and the worker was so rude to him. Told him that if you didn’t make an appointment you cannot get your picture taken. If that’s the case why would you have a line OPEN for non appointments? We’ve been here with several family member for Santa and the Easter bunny and have never had an issue with not making an appointment.
