    Back in September, I bought a dress that I never ended up wearing, so I decided to return it. When I went to the store, two associates and a manager told me they couldn’t find my receipt using my card or phone number, and said there was nothing they could do. I honestly don’t understand how that’s possible, what’s the point of providing a phone number if it doesn’t help locate the purchase? The only option they gave me was to return it without a receipt and get $18 in store credit, even though I paid almost $40 for the dress. I found that really unfair and unprofessional. There’s no reason a store shouldn’t be able to look up a recent purchase, especially when I used the same card!

    Took my ring in to get sized and was supposed to be back by the 4th and it is now almost a week past and still no ring. Everytime I call they say they’re still waiting on it and it should be any day.. I get married in a week. Do better
