Justin went above and beyond with the exchange, even put it together at the store just to make sure everything was right. I thought that kind of customer service died years ago. Bravo Justin, way to go above and beyond. (I really hope I got his name right (definitely a manager, maybe the store manager)
- SLSterling LaPrattSep 20, 20252.0It is not even waterfowl season. There are 4 dozen kayaks, endless amounts of swim trunks and water gear. However, the PFDs have been put away and are not for sale. Makes sense.
- BEBobby EngelJul 21, 20251.0If zero stars were an option that's what they would get. I've purchased 4 kayaks from this location in the last 2 summers. On the last purchase manager was rude and arrogant. I wasn't aloud to carry my selection out of the store... apparently safety related? He was nice enough that he carried them to my truck which was fine, but I never fully inspected it "my fault". I drive 8 hours on this kayak trip to get there then another hour to final destination only to notice a crack in the cup holder. Before using the kayak I decided to contact them to be on safe side before using kayak that they would exchange it if I used it given the circumstance. That's a big no. Seems like comman sense is out the window... this is the last time I will do business with them.!
