Even after explaining the reason, the older blonde woman at the register( most likely the manager) kept insisting they could still be used as wallets. She seemed unhappy throughout the return, avoided eye contact, and didn’t even say thank you. She came across as rude. I don’t recommend the Michael Kors store at the Tanger Outlet in GR. I went to Coach instead and was very happy with the service. Michael Kors staff could learn a lot about customer service from the Coach employees.
