I was not able to do a return but she happily was able to do an exchange for me and I will continue to shop with American eagle because of their willingness to help customers!

I didn't want to put a phone # or email in your system either. This was also forced onto me. Have some respect! I don’t have to tell you why I don’t want to sign up for a credit card or give you unnecessary personal information. Beyond rude! Debating about bringing my items back for my money. Next time I will go off on your workers it’s not a debate! Treat people better!

It was stress free for both of us. Jade cashed us out and was so helpful with ordering a pair of pants in her size to be shipped to our door. The cargo pants are a little pricey but she has 3 pair already, wears them every week. They are washed after every wear and still show no wear so I think they are worth the money.
