- QSQuinn SutherlandOct 14, 20251.0Went in to return an item and to make sure an online order was cancelled. The girl was very sweet but when I needed confirmation about the online order being cancelled she brought over a “manager” who was very rude for no reason. I had a simple question, I was polite and made it clear that I wasn’t trying to be a pain and she was still very condescending and rude. Here we are over a week later, I got refunded for the item I returned in store about 2 days later but still no refund from my cancelled online order. I was going to start shopping at aerie more for intimates and leggings but after this I’m going to shop elsewhere.
- LRLauri RiceFeb 19, 20211.0My daughter and I always shop here. Never again. The women at the door were rude and insinuated we did not wear our masks on properly, we did. I do not want to catch corona. My family is very safe when it comes to this. The one girl followed us around the store. She came up behind my daughter scaring her and told her she had to put a 2nd mask on. The fear of our children is NOT ok. Another customer left because of her as well and said to me outside then store how rediculous that was.
