- ACAnna ChaitMar 16, 20261.0This is by far one of the WORST establishments I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Almost EVERY time I've tried to go in person to the store, during business hours between 10 am - 6 pm, they have either had no one there and had the doors locked or had the doors locked while having staffing and just not manning the front area. I finally caught someone physically there right before 6pm, and I had called at 5:30 pm to check that they would be open PAST 6 pm since their online hours were open til 7pm but I had had so many issues. So guess my surprise when despite me confirming and showing up a few minutes before six, they said they could not help me as they were ABOUT TO CLOSE. They told me to come back during "business hours" which they don't even follow normally. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION.... HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
- VFVeronica FFeb 15, 20262.0Usually the chocolate covered strawberries are pretty good, and they were ok and fresh but I was so disappointed that the whole strawberry wasnt covered in chocolate... Some were half way covered, I still ate them not gonna lie, so thats why I gave two stars but they wouldve tasted so much better if they were fully covered..this is the first time Ive seen this those, my husband always gets them for me here every year for valentine's day.
