  Closest store near me. Love I can do online returns there and they still have a physical location.

  I will never return to birch run mi store ever again. Went there driving 35 minutes from my home expecting a bigger selection than saginaw location. From what I could see they did have more selections. Went there yesterday before noon. Only one person trying on things. 3 associates. I walked in women wearing black black hair folding underwear at a table right where I walked. Other 2 at register one taking product to back. I stood there looking around was never greated or acknowledged . They all saw me. Finally I said is someone avaliable to wait on me or are you all to busy if so I can go. I got a dirty look from first person she looks around says what you need? not how can I help you I should have walked out then. Finally a lady comes over I explain what I was looking at from searching online. I said my size and I know different places sizes are different. Said you want to measure me she says no what's your size? I'm like really. She brings a couple bras, i told her my upper chest has no volume so I need something that helps with that issue. After getting on 3 bras she says your chest is just hard to find a bra so that's all we have and walked away . That is the worst customer service if you call it that I've ever experienced. People I've talked to and said what happened they said oh that's normal for that company. I said rude and unprofessional associates they said yup. My friend said to go there cuz they have bigger sizes she's a J in not that but I went to Saginaw first few days earlier and lady was alittle more friendly. Sold me a bra that was really snug i could barely hook it she says it's suppose to be like that, well it hurt turning around to put on says it will stretch. I returned it, it hurt. Don't know if corporate really cares how there people provide service and to sell there merchandise. How they stay in business with that aweful service baffles me. Think they need to have secret shoppers go in with maybe issues like mine and see what crappie service they get. I did like there bras but if there people aren't willing to help you and act like they want to help not act like your a bug on the floor. I was a manager 10 years ago and all 3 would be fired. I'm sorry to say that but I expect decent service. Hope you take this long review seriously cuz I'm sure I'm not the only one. I wanted to buy a bra there because of variety in birch run but after that I won't.
