I’m upset I bought a protection plan and then had a $40 copay and also had to pay $16 for a pair that was different because they didn’t have mine. He also said I can’t order my exact pair so I was forced to pay or go without sun glasses for who knows how long, until they restock. I should be able to get my exact replacement because I picked that because I liked that.

Not only did the gentlemen helping me listen to me and with my limited knowledge of vocabulary we figured put what I wanted. I felt comfortable and he was very attentive to what I was saying as we went along the process. He picked out different sunnies based on what I said and I found a pair I ABSOLUTELY love!
