Karen welcomed me with open arms sized me the correct way! Helped picked out what I needed. She seen the tears in my eyes as I was so relieved that I was finally getting something I really needed. Karen had the most compassion and offered me a hug. I walked out with confidence and a smile. Thank you so much for the best experience I've ever had.

The two employees acted as if I was bothering them despite being the only customer in the store. The employee insisted the bra she begrudgingly showed me was the one I showed her a picture of; despite the fact that they were entirely different colors and a wildly different size than I asked about. I asked if there was at least a bra in my size that I could try on, she made a bunch of excuses "I don't know" "we might be sold out" "sometimes we have them in back" before going back to whatever she was doing at the counter with a sticker gun. I work retail, I understand it can be hard sometimes, but I'm just really disappointed. I had been warned that this would be my experience but I hoped it wasn't the case.

No greeting when entering the store, asked questions of the sales clerk and she was very inconvenienced to have to answer a question. Ultimately she told me to shop on line. We received no help, no conversation, just checked us out with attitude. Lane bryant, the lady with the blue hair needs a customer service education. If she does not want to work retail help her find the unemployment line.
