  The staff here are always extremely helpful and patient. Jamie works very hard for her customers to find what they need. She is very kind and patient. Store is always nice, organized and clean.

  I got a nice Michigan state zip up medium weight style and a Detroit tigers shirt. Both items were real nice and one was 20 percent off and the other was 30 percent off. However when I tried to use my 15 dollars off digital discount it wouldn’t work. Both myself and the salesperson couldn’t see where it said excludes clearance or sale items but it wouldn’t work. I like dxl and its strive to have nicer big and tall items, but feel that they mid-step when it comes to placing items on the sale racks. Lots of 10 percent and 20. Few of the 30 percent or 40 percent off. My hope is that eventually the company realizes that inflation is at an all time high and clothing might be one of the cut back items in everyone’s daily life’s. In a nutshell I would hope that a little more of the 30 or 40 percent off racks. Also maybe put in the small print excludes sale or clearance items, if I or whoever would read it they would expect the 25 dollars off of the sale and might be slightly perturbed if they can’t utilize said discount.

  Found an awesome NFL t-shirt for my "big little brother" for his birthday. Loved the coupon they gave me from my purchase, too. 10 out of 10 for customer service, too.
