Michelle is, without question, the most useless manager I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. In my experience, she showed zero respect for small businesses and shoved me out just to bring in another shop selling the exact same thing—simply because they paid her more. That’s the kind of petty, greedy behavior that destroys local business communities. And it’s not just me saying this. Another small business I spoke with recently told me they’ve also run into problems with her, which honestly doesn’t surprise me at all. In my opinion, she’s a constant obstacle, not an asset, and the place would be better off without her. And no, I’m not reaching out to her. I don’t waste my time dealing with people who operate beneath basic standards of professionalism.

Love the Holiday Season at the Outlets, from the music to the lights and decor. It will definitely get you in the holiday spirit. Didn't have any issues finding parking, although I wish they would patch up a few areas, especially in the Nike/Puma/Crocs section, but it's not something to make or break the experience. The best thing about the Outlets are the deals and I love how well they keep up on appearances. They are quick to decorate tactfully each season and it truly adds to the experience. We also appreciate that they're finally filling in some of the dead spots that have lacked any stores for some time.

It's sad how few stores are there now. But it seems antique malls are beginning to fill in some of the empty spaces. Good prices can be had, but shop around the outlet to get the best price!

A great variety of outlet stores with fantastic prices! Kichen supply stores are wonderful for upgrading your kitchen gear. People working are so nice and helpful. Lots of athletic stores with all sizes of shoes and gear. Worth the stop! Nice variety of restaurants in you need a bite to eat.

This place is going downhill fast. We come here every year and each time we come here, it takes us less and less time to go through it. They no longer have a Spirit Halloween or Coleman store. The book store and retro store that were here are gone as well. I believe the Bose store is also gone. The only stores left are the Pepperidge farms and Sleeping Tiger as unique stores. Otherwise they have some other basic stores left that other outlet malls have like Nike, Under Amour, and Sketchers. So much of this mall has just been replaced with basic, boring, and very common stores. Not to mention one entire section has been replaced by a Goodwill, antique stores, and a small market. Who is going to a "premium" outlet mall for that? We spent only about an hour here this last time we were there, compared to previous years, we spent half a day here. It's still worth going for some of the unique stores but that's it. I would only recommend going on the way to Frankenmuth but absolutely not as a solo trip unless you are super into expensive clothes.
