I didn't order it until around 12:30PM and was hoping that it would arrive before my friend left work and it did!! In addition, the delivery driver had a difficult time finding his workplace. He called my friend twice before reaching out to me to help. I was able to reach my friend so he could help the driver locate him. I am grateful that the driver did not get frustrated and return the arrangement to the store. He said he was a firefighter. So maybe search and rescue is in him (smile). Grateful for EXCEPTIONAL service from the Berkeley store location!
