I dont believe she smiled once the whole visit, low energy and not very personable. I am unfamiliar with some of the brands you carry and asked a lot of questions...really would have liked someone a bit more eager to help me and possibly upsell me instead of giving off the vibe that I was bothering them. The last 3 times I was there have been thoroughly enjoyable.
