I usually love coming to this mall, but me and my friends had a day off and decided to come here, while one has a cast and crutches. We asked the security office about renting a wheelchair for the day, and we were directed to a different entrance to rent a scooter. When we arrived, we realized there were only 4 parking spots for these scooters and that anyone can rent them for $44. There were none available and my friend physically cannot navigate the mall without a mobility device. We were told these scooters were 'mobility scooters' only to see they're marketed more like city scooters but for malls. I feel like this is a cash grab and very ableist toward any mallgoers who NEED a mobility device but don't have access to one.

Sea life aquarium was fantastic!! They have a lot of information up about what fish they have. I was even able to touch a starfish!! How cool is that?? We are definitely going back.

The food court is discussing
Nobody here to clean tables or anywhere to get something to clean the table ourselves.
A dunking dump for the amount of money this place takes in.

I have seen this for the first that a biggest mall doesn’t have any up floor levels, its long & neat, great shopping places, good amount of small restaurants, couple of few restaurants offers beers, lot of play areas, kids will enjoy. Good one for a walking as well..

Great Lakes Crossing Outlets is always a great place to visit whether you’re looking to shop, explore, or just spend a few hours out and about.
There’s always something new to check out, from popular retail stores to unique finds you might not expect. If you’re hunting for deals, this is one of the best spots in the area for outlet shopping in Auburn Hills, with plenty of options to find something you (or someone special) will love.
Beyond shopping, there are tons of food options and places to grab a bite, making it easy to turn a quick stop into a full outing. It’s clean, spacious, and has a great energy every time I visit.
Whether you’re going for the deals, the food, or just to walk around and explore, Great Lakes Crossing is always a solid choice.
Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!
