  This store is a completely joke. I understand that the sales ladies is on traning, but she is useless if her manager is not at the store. She hasn’t been able to provide me any order status of my prescription sunglasses when I call. The manager is pretty helpful, but she is not there always. Three weeks have passed and I’m still waiting. Today she said she would offer a refund because it is the only she can do. I’d certainly take it and give my business to other store that appreciates it. Update: I talked a day later with the store manager. She said that she was not able to provide a date that she will receive my sunglasses. She asked me if I wanted the refund, which I say that if I didn’t have the glasses in 5 days I’d. She then offered the refund without me going to the store. I accepted it. She said I’ll do it SO WE DONT NEED TO SEE EACH OTHER ANYMORE and said good bye in a sarcastic way. Waiting to see the refund in my account. Hopefully Luxotica follows up on this store practices and employees actitude.

  I went into the store today needed some sizing, readjusting, and suggestion. Nick was the name of the sales associate (or manager not quite sure) who helped me out today. We was so helpful, and gave me impeccable service. I was very impressed with the experience I had earlier today!
