I had ordered a custom pair of glasses from here and the manufacturer sent me a broken pair. I took it up and Crystal jumped right on it calling corporate and figuring out everything while we shopped. Now I have a new pair coming and she gave me an additional discount on a second pair! I will 100% come back here to get all my shades from Crystal!
