- FFFionaNov 16, 20251.0Trash place. Do your self a favor go any where else. The sales people are sleazy. If you have any issues don’t expect to get help. They will hang up on you. The older lady that works there is the worst. Buy it online or any other place.

They discriminate on customers based on who they think has money or not. You will never receive a friendly greeting. They don’t want to help you find what you’re looking for. They managers are terrible so therefore the employee are just as bad.
- SSSherriOct 1, 20253.0Ordered a watch on line and needed links taken out they were fast and efficient, however there was plastic on the band so it wouldn't stay closed (we didnt see it) and the sales people at the store told us we would need to send it back to movado... We needed to run to Jared's after and I had them look at it and they found the plastic on the inside of the band, took it off and now it closes and stays closed just fine!
