I came in with a gift that didn’t fit receipt in hand but because the tags weren’t attached, she refused to make any exception. I don’t even shop at this overpriced, out-of-touch store someone else bought the gift for me. Safe to say, I’d never spend a single cent here myself. The staff seriously need to work on their attitude and understanding of how to treat customers. Honestly, I’m just going to toss the shirt in the trash it’s not even worth the hassle

Then checking out the cashier was amazing and really took the time to make sure all of my items rang up correctly so that I wasn't overcharged. Overall I had an amazing experience at the Aerie and will definitely be back.
