    I'm giving a 3 for customer service yesterday. I got my coat at 50% off so it was a good deal. However, the lady who rang me up had a very bad attitude. Wouldn't talk to me, I had to ask her my total for the coat. She clearly did not want to be there, when I asked could I swipe my card, because she hadn't told me my total yet...she just said wait a min. Then, in a awkward silence " go head". It was just a nasty disposition, any other time i have 0 complaints. Love the store for boots and coats and clothes.

    I purchased a pair of boots that I never got. I have been in contact with many people and they told me too bad. They refuse to give me my money back. So DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM COLUMBIA. THEY USE A SHITTY DELIVERY SERVICE. YOU WON'T GET YOUR PRODUCT AND THEY WONT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. THEY TOLD ME TOO BAD.
