With me being into fishing and camping this store makes me feel like I'm right at home! Also, who could pass up on the large selection of clothing? I grabbed myself a cute skirt at a fair price while I was browsing. Come check out the store and appreciate the awesome aesthetics, labor and love that went into creating such an indoor, "outdoor" environment!
- KEKyle EFeb 27, 20261.0I’ve been shopping at Bass Pro Shops for years, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering ever spending another dollar there. I tried returning a hunting boot that was clearly under their “lifetime warranty.” Apparently “lifetime” at Bass Pro means “until we decide we don’t feel like honoring it.” The store flat out refused to stand behind the product. No real explanation. No accountability. Just attitude. It gets better. I called the corporate number thinking maybe this was just a bad store level decision. Corporate actually contacted the store and even they couldn’t get them to budge. The store staff were rude to corporate as well. Let that sink in. When your own corporate office can’t get a location to follow company policy, that’s not a misunderstanding, that’s a culture problem. A warranty is a promise. If you’re not going to honor it, don’t advertise it. Hunters depend on their gear. We’re not buying fashion accessories, we’re buying equipment we rely on in tough conditions. When a company won’t stand behind their own guarantee, that tells you everything you need to know. Plenty of other places value their customers and actually honor their word. I’ll be taking my business there from now on. Do better, Bass Pro
