  Wow what an awesome experience and excellent customer care for my daughter and I. We were caught in a rainstorm and happen to be close to this Ann Arbor store. We came in frazzled and soaked. Ryan took great care of us and helped us gather a full outfit for each of us. He even recognized we needed an extra bag for our wet stuff. This is why you pay extra for high quality stuff.   I shop at this store a lot and I’m a big fan of Lululemon I love their items. I recently went to this location for a zipper replacement on my sleet street 600 jacket. I purchased this jacket no more than a year ago. The actual zipper handle broke and to zip my jacket up I have to grab a tissue or something to cushion that part so I don’t hurt my fingers. I had gone to the Novi location at twelve oaks mall and they offered not only a whole zipper replacement including the seems but a new jacket for free. They unfortunately did not have it in store or online. So they offered me to get a new jacket and just pay the difference. I like this style jacket so much I told them I’d just get a zipper repair but at the location closer to home. Well a few days later when I walked in here the girl helping me told me that the jacket wasn’t coming up under my purchase history. They couldn’t do a zipper replacement and they didn’t offer a new jacket. Just 25% off. This jacket was $400 when I bought it January of 2025. The novi location had no issue and were willing to fix my problem with no hesitation. When I expressed my confusion to the girl helping me on why she couldn’t find the jacket but they could, she said “then you can go to the other location”. For this being a company branch I’m in shock and disappointed by this comment. I even offered to give my order number, anything that would get me to the solution the other store was able to give me just fine. I’m frustrated because these items are not cheap and for this to be a manufacturer issue, they should just be able to fix the issue without a problem. I’m not coming back to this location.

  I came in looking for a belt bag. It said it was only one in stock and a young man. He grabbed some type some type of scanner that would locate it in the store. He searched high and low he couldn’t find it, but Olivia spotted it right away and rang me up. She saved Christmas. Thank you very much, Olivia.
