Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

I’m here frequently whether I’m shopping, picking up an order, returning things or getting stuff hemmed and the staff are ALWAYS so welcoming and friendly! I do miss the old look of the store, the remodel is very “everything’s chrome in the future!“ (squidward curled up on floor). However the new dressing rooms are FIIIRE. Amazing lighting and long racks to hang clothes on! What it really comes down to is the staff of this location. They are all SO LOVELY! I just took a pair of pants in yesterday for yet another hemming and the woman helping me was soooooo nice and personable. I wish I had gotten her name! Everyone is always so sweet here but she gave me the best interaction I’ve ever had at any lulu location. If you’re coming here for the first time, be aware the parking lot is pretty hectic during peak hours though! This shopping center has a lot of great stores so it’s always hustlin and bustlin here.

So- I ordered a jacket for my daughter’s birthday and she won’t have it on time due to Lululemon, not FedEx. It was being sent directly to the Ann Arbor store instead of my house to ensure that I would receive it. When FedEx attempted delivery to the store this morning after they were supposed to be open at 10:00 am, the FedEx notice states that they were unable to make the delivery. When I called customer service about it, they did nothing. The rep actually said, “Well, I guess you won’t have anything for your daughter’s birthday.” Wow, just wow. I wonder how many other packages couldn’t get delivered.
