  I visited the store on two occasions. First, I made an appointment to discuss several watch options. Next, I came in to purchase a watch once I made my selection. The store and inventory are beautiful! Devin and every member of the team were very patient & informative and very easy to work with. I love my new, refurbished Seamaster and would definitely return to Lewis when it’s time to add to the collection.

  I’ve been supporting Lewis Jewelers in Ann Arbor for nearly six years, and I genuinely can’t recall a single bad experience. Whether I’m purchasing one of their most affordable items or something more significant, the Lewis sales team is consistently polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and never pushy. What truly sets them apart is their approach to customer service. They focus on finding the right solution, not upselling, and they’re just as welcoming when I’m window shopping as they are when I’m ready to buy. That kind of authenticity is rare and greatly appreciated. I primarily purchase my timepieces from Lewis, and what Devin has done with the timepiece department is outstanding. The space and selection have grown steadily over the years, and I’m genuinely excited to check in regularly to see what’s new. Thanks to the care, passion, and consistency of the team, Lewis Jewelers has become my go-to and a business I’m happy to recommend without hesitation.

  This was my first visit to Lewis Jewelers and the experience was exceptional. Their watch selection and inventory was the best I’ve seen anywhere. Libby was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered my questions from both her extensive professional experience and personal watch ownership experience, which was nice. Even though the store seems large when you walk in, it still has that family run feel that I prefer. Great experience!

  Had a really good buying experience. Was looking for a Breitling, super ocean, blue, limited edition and they had it. No one else had it. Dealt with Dennis. Very smooth transaction; overnight shipment from Michigan to Florida. They even included a Breitling gift for my wife! Couldn’t be happier.

  Not every expense or purchase has to be huge or extravagant. Fifty years ago, as I left for the US Army, my parents gave me a St. Christopher’s medal. I carried it, while in uniform, around the world and it protected me in some very, very difficult situations. Now, it’s quite worn and weathered, but means everything to me. That little medal was in desperate need of repair and I immediately thought of Lewis Jewelers. Keith Largin was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, gracious and helpful. With his incredible talent, my memento is restored (as best as it could be at 50 yrs old). The memories of the soldiers under my command and countries I served in, will remain with me for years to come. Keith represents himself and Lewis Jewelers extremely well. Whether it’s purchasing a diamond ring, or purchasing a new watch or a complex jewelry repair, never hesitate to take your business to David, John or Keith. Lewis Jewelers is simply the best….
