Every staff member we spoke to was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and willing to help. We were told resizing would take 2 weeks and it was done in 5 business days! They resized the ring then checked/tightened everything up for $294 out the door. Very satisfied and would recommend Lewis Jewelers to anyone! Thank you all for a pleasant experience!
- ECErica C.Jan 2, 20261.0I have no interest in visiting Lewis Jewelers and I will tell you why. I was visiting another business in the plaza a few Sundays ago, and there is limited parking. Lewis Jewelers is not open on Sundays, but they have these big signs preventing patrons of the other businesses in the plaza from parking in their adjacent lot, and I find that petty and disgusting. Other people have complained about them restricting access to their lot and Lewis Jewelers is adamant that this is due to ensure the safety of their employees, but Lewis Jewelers is not open on Sundays, so whose safety is being compromised by letting others park in their adjacent lot on days the business is not open? How are those signs preventing bad actors from accessing the store? Seeing those signs left such a bad taste in my mouth and I believe that it’s indicative of their business practices. It’s my hope that they reflect on these signs and consider the long term impacts of being so unwelcoming in this turbulent economy because those signs are more of a deterrent than anything else. I will continue to support local businesses that thrive on working together and commit to being inclusive when occupying shared spaces.

I was a bit nervous but the result was stunning! V is in a class by herself! I consider her an artist and an excellent craftsman! I highly recommend her and Lewis Jewelers. I was treated with respect and even offered beverages while I waited. They had a seating area in front of a fireplace. Their jewelry selection is massive and every piece I saw was gorgeous! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! You cannot go wrong here with jewelry selection, design, or repairs!

This is the second time I bought an engagement ring from them, the last time was twenty five years ago. They are experts and go above and beyond the service that Pam gave me was top notch.
