There were 2 ladies including the manager, talking at the manager’s booth. there was a lady that came out and said she’ll be right with you for your exchange. I stood in line for about five minutes after the lady went and told her I was ready for my exchange. She did finally come to Do my transaction there was no greeting no apology for the wait..nothing, and then when I asked her a question, she refuse to answer me as she was as if she wasn’t the manager, she just looked straight ahead like a child ignoring me.the store is clean and the atmosphere is always great day however, if you’re a manager, you should act as such
