  Me and my mother visited this store today and I am just at wow in a bad way ! I was trying to help my mom find some jeans and show her in the mirror how good they looked on her but one of your employees stood in from of the big mirror and look at herself the whole time so my mom couldn’t even use the mirror and then the girl in the dressing room taking back clothes that don’t fit was on her phone and the two at the register were so rude !!!! What happen to great customer service ? Nobody smiled said hello or can we help you nothing !

  Worker in the green hoodie was so rude for no reason, she had glasses and she was legit being so rude. We asked her if she was assisting another customer just to be socially aware, and she had such an attitude. Rolled her eyes and said “no..? What do you think?” Don’t choose to work in customer service is you’re service consists of attitude and disrespect towards customers.

  I'm a first-time shopper at American Eagle. I bought a shirt at the America Eagle at 12 Oaks Mall it was too big. I took the tags off but kept them and kept the receipt. I saw on the front of the receipt that I could take it back by a certain date. So, I went to this store in Briarwood to even exchange it because it's a closer store then driving to the other mall. The cashier said I can't even exchange it because I took the tag off. I called the 12 Oaks Mall and spoke to a manager, and I told her the situation, and she said I could even exchange it with the tag and receipt. So, I call the store in Briarwood Mall to even exchange it there. That store manager was so completely rude to me over the phone. I told her I called the other store to see if I could exchange the shirt and they said I could, the store manager at Briarwood basically called me a liar and said I was wrong. The store policy is the tags have to be on the item it says that on the back of the receipt...who reads the back of the receipt?? That information should be on the front of the receipt!! I'll never shop at American Eagle again. Not a pleasant experience for a first-time shopper!!
