  My first visit on 3/30 was amazeballs!!! My lil btender (I can't remember his name) was cool and the first time buyer deal was cooler!😎 I think I may have found my forever dispensary and fasho wanna do it again! 😁

  I stopped by cloud cannabis this past Tuesday evening and truly had the best experience that Ive ever had at a dispensary. Will and Collin were both absolutely amazing with answering my questions and finding the best products to suit my needs. This will be my permanent dispensary from now on. Thanks again guys!

  Wonderful gem in the heart of Ann Arbor. Matt and Kayla were both very knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel welcome after dealing with a long drive from downriver. The hard card 3rd time discount was honored on a top shelf item making the trip even more worth it! Concerns I had pre and post purchase were met with sincere, trusted feedback that quelled any concerns I had with my purchase. When I drive out to AA I will stop here, first going forward. You can't put a price tag on good customer service these days and these folks have that in spades.

  Edit: just discovered this pomelo punch should have been 110 and not 140 as it's simply their #5 which is no different than any of their other headstash 2g pucks. It's sold at other dispos at the same price point as all hunna rosins and not some unicorn single source product worthy of the extra $30. 140 is a lot of money lucky I used my 3rd time coupon. This should only have been 110. Sad I drove 45 miles.

  Edit: I got a call the next day from the general manager, Matt, explaining the situation a bit more, and I can understand why they're experiencing the error (even offered a freebie next time I'm in, for the small inconveniece). Really found it respectful and appreciated the GM taking time to call and explain why what happened happened. Just came for the second time hoping to pick up an online order, selecting debit card no problem when checking out, then heard when i arrived their debit machine is down. Was offered the ATM but not looking to pay extra fees so had to cancel. Guy was nice but maybe next time don’t allow debit orders to be placed online if it’s not an option? Huge bummer.
