- TTTrentNov 22, 20255.0Went to Sunglass Hut to get a new pair of RayBans. The associate, Zach, was terrific and went above and beyond. He found the exact style I wanted as long as another style my friend wanted. I then went back out and found my car was dead in the cold winter days. Zach then helped me jump start my car (in his gremlins shirt and jordans) and also provided me with a local mechanic nearby. Exceptional service and dedication!

- SHSandy HamelJun 14, 20225.0The manager working tonight (Tuesday June 14 Kittery Maine at closing) and her employee are always top notch (they recognized me and my boys from years ago) My sons had been in earlier and they both helped them but my boys were unsure (teens... so they were cautions on how much they should spend). So I came back with them and my sons girlfriend. My boys were greeted by the Manager and employee and welcomed back. Not always the case with teens. They admired the thought and time they put into the purchase and recognized the money that was being spent. By the end we ALL bought a pair. We went from one person getting glasses to 4 and my husband might be going back tomorrow and getting a pair. It helped with the specials you were running but it was the welcoming environment of the store and the fun everyone was having. We kept saying what would it be if we added on more pair of glasses :) Always great protection plans, quality and selection.
