I checked out some selections online and then headed to my nearest store to stop. I was interested in a pair of Versace shades I had seen online. I arrived at the store and I was helped my Zachary. He was super friendly and helpful. We located the pair I was wanting but this specific style has interchangeable lenses which was an awesome feature but we could not locate the 2nd set of lenses. They called another nearby store but they also did not have the sunglasses available. They offered to order the extra lens but I would have to return to the store to pick them up which was not the most convenient. In the spirt of providing exceptional customer service in this situation Zachary stated they had another similar version but larger shield type Versace glasses. I was familiar with them as I had tried them on on a previous visit to the store. In an effort to provide exceptional customer service, Zachary, stated he could offer me the larger shield glasses at the same price as the small pair for the trouble of not being able to locate the second set of lenses for the small pair. I was so happy they he offered this to me. I happily accepted and also purchased one of the cleaning kits to make sure my new shades always look on point. In a retail time where customer service is lackluster, Sunglass Hut is lucky to have someone like Zachary who understands the premise of going above an beyond to make the customer happy. I will deff be back for my next purchase!
