  Since windsor has moved to the upstairs part of wheaton mall. I have been thoroughly impressed. They expanded the space and layout and made it delightful they carry quite a bit of the online products. Found a gala dress here in a pinch and weekend bday and some urban wear as well. Its a clutch spot in a pinch and a few winter items. The pricing has went up but still affordable. The girls here the store manager and the checkout person were super helpful I came late one night needing an outfit for the next day and they all helped me find sizes get me in the fitting room with 30 min before close (I dont recommend but was in a bind). Also assisted me with checking out. They were so helpful i ended up spending $800-900 the customer service here was so much better than Pentagon city. Which is wild. Loce the new people who work at this location they keep me coming back. Hope they all get great commission because they deserved it.

  Came in to look at a few dresses for an upcoming event and was met with an extremely rude employee named Angelica, extremely impolite and unprofessional. She definitely has no business being in the customer service industry if she’s going to have an attitude in her workplace. CHOOSE BETTER EMPLOYEES! Thank you!

  came in with my fiancé yesterday, trying to look for a last minute outfit no associate helping customers they look more bothered by customer asking for help especially the girl with the acne problem and glasses she has a straight face of not wanting to be at work and look mad at a women asking for help that look like she wanted to do an exchange on a red corset she look bothered and had straight face when the customer came up to her. and when my fiancé ask for assistance she answered so rudely and when ask for a price check on the register she didn't say the price she literally turn the register over to my fiancé and pointed at the price and quickly walk away from her we only ask because we saw the website having a different price from what it is in the store and we thought it could be a last minute price change this was just all purely rude
