- SMSondra MApr 16, 20191.0I visited the Waldorf, MD location on 4/15/2019 during my lunch hour - sometime between 11-12PM eastern time. I was very disappointed in the customer service that was exemplified at the store. I observed a display at a table that held tee shirts that read buy 1 get 1 free - there were also signs throughout the store that read buy 1 get 1 for $10. When I asked the cashiers about the sign they indicated that there was no sign and I read the sign out loud to them and pointed to the actual sign. One cashier said to the other go get the sign and the obedient cashier casually walked over and grabbed the sign off of the table. To me this was obvious as to why the store was completely empty perhaps the lack of customer service exemplified by this organization has chased all of the customers away. They have certainly chased me away - as casually as the obedient cashier walked over and grabbed the sign off of the table, I also casually walked out the store to spend my hard earned money where I will be appreciated as a valued customer and not let signs vanish before my eyes.
