I genuinely appreciated their professionalism when they took my family's Christmas photos. I would definitely be happy to work with them again next year. Now, the extremely rude and inconsiderate woman working behind the jewelry case is a completely different story. She unnecessarily escalated an already stressful situation by calling security on me and my family over a misunderstanding about the shopping cart. She claimed she “tried to stop me,” which was absolutely not true. Her actions left my kids and me embarrassed and looking like fools in the mall. I understand that in her mind, she might have thought she was doing the right thing, but in reality, she made an already stressful situation even worse. She should be ashamed of her condescending attitude and complete lack of customer service skills. Everyone else that encountered inside the store was great.
