I ordered a 2K mattress and it was delivered on time but it was damaged. When I called (took 2 days to get someone on the phone). I took pictures of the mattress where it was not sewn properly and the buttons on 4 places were popping out. They took my old mattress so I was forced to sign for it but noted the damage. JC Penny corporate office said i would have to pay a restocking fee of 20% to get a new mattress. All this within the first week of delivery. It took 3 weeks to deliver it so my credit card company had paid the bill. I was so disappointed in the level of service. The many calls and visits to the store. Please just go to a mattress shop to buy a mattress. It is not worth it to purchase from them.
