The order said it was processed and everything looked good. Later that afternoon I checked to see if it had been delivered and it showed the order was cancelled! No reason, no excuses, no attempt to contact me... NOTHING. By the time I found out it was too late in the day to do anything. When I attempted 3 different times to call and speak to someone no one answered the phones and to this day no one has attempted to return my voicemails. Ridiculous
