Called the store to complain about the cheap plastic tray and tiny fruit, versus what I ordered which showed a wooden tray and Lucious fruit and the store said that’s the way they do it and they do not use a wooden tray as shown on the website. Called corporate and sent pics of what was delivered and they basically also did nothing. Said they would escalate the complaint to the store, despite me telling them I spoke to the store and they said that’s what they sell and they don’t care what the website shows. Never trust Edible Arrangements for delivery. If you can’t see it don’t buy it. Especially not from store 334 in Waldorf MD.

They never contacted me to cancel the order, no email cancelation, no call...nothing. I figured my family was mourning, but they never even received our gift! How does corporate allow this place to stay open? I'm reading the reviews and no one has had a good experience.

But it was a special birthday and the money was worth it for me this time. The balloon and the fruit tray were both slightly different than they looked in the photo, but I went in with that expectation so I wasn't upset or disappointed by it. Some of these other reviews had me worried it wasn't going to be delivered at all so I'm grateful that it was!
