I recently had the need for a pair of dress shoes for my granddaughter and purchased some. I found out that the perfect shoes were too small. Due to weather and transportation issues it took a while for me to try to return the shoes. I was greeted by Aishah who was very polite and professional...checked the receipt and shoes, and let me know it was no problem with a refund! I just put DSW back on my to go store for my dress shoes needs! Thank you Aishah for your help....
