  Customer service was not the best. I placed an order online with a scheduled drop off, never received confirmation that the order was made or delivered. Website was never updated. I tried calling several times to no avail and decided to call the next day since I wasn’t in town to stop by. Called several times the next day and finally someone answered with a whole attitude. I expressed my online and phone calls experience but was ignored and verbally told me that the order was delivered and hung up. I will not be ordering from this location or company again.

  I’d honestly give 0 stars if I could. I live out of state but ordered an edible arrangement to be delivered to a friend in the area that is recovering from surgery. I thought, per the confirmation email, that the arrangement was going to be HAND DELIVERED so I wasn’t concerned. My friend has a mile long driveway and the delivery driver left the arrangement in the grass next to a sign at the END of the driveway. Because of this, my friend didn’t find the arrangement until the next day after it had sat overnight and therefore couldn’t be eaten. Obviously these edible arrangements aren’t cheap so it’s disappointing to have wasted the money (and a tip for the delivery driver) for no reason. I would’ve assumed that they would take the time to hand deliver perishable items or at the very least, leave it on the front porch or by the front door. Not at the very end of a mile long driveway in the grass.

  This store sucks. They arbitrarily cancelled my 1 hour delivery order. Thanks for ruining the holiday.

  I ordered a fruit bouquet and a few extras for my father on his birthday and to show him some love on his first day of chemotherapy. The order said it was processed and everything looked good. Later that afternoon I checked to see if it had been delivered and it showed the order was cancelled! No reason, no excuses, no attempt to contact me... NOTHING. By the time I found out it was too late in the day to do anything. When I attempted 3 different times to call and speak to someone no one answered the phones and to this day no one has attempted to return my voicemails. Ridiculous
